Brooklyn 126-unit Apartment Building: Amenities and Common Areas

This comprehensive amenities package was designed to enhance daily life beyond the apartment itself. Serving a large residential building in Brooklyn, the project included a fitness center, flexible work and event spaces, children's play areas, and a rooftop gathering space. The design balances functionality and comfort, creating a series of thoughtfully connected environments that encourage community, productivity, and relaxation.
